A new drug in the fight against brain cancer, schizophrenia, and adult epilepsy. Epidiolex is a cannabis based drug made from extracts of the marijuana plant. It is currently under final phase three clinical trials showing promising results. Epidiolex will soon be ready for submission to the US FDA for approval. It is made by the medical cannabis company GW Pharmaceuticals out of Cambridge, UK.
